   What is declared HERE, and what is not
   --------------------------------------
   400, 500 and 600 only. These are the weights the CDN stylesheet used to
   provide, so every existing page keeps resolving exactly what it resolved
   before; only the source of the bytes moves from a third party to this domain.

   NOT declared here, on purpose:
     - weight 700. Existing stylesheets request 700 in many rules (the Dashboard
       in 28) and have always been served the 600 face. Declaring 700 globally
       would make them heavier. The 700 face lives in ui.css and arrives page by
       page, as each page adopts the design system.
     - IBM Plex Mono. --sk-font-mono has named it since the tokens were written,
       but it never loaded (the CDN URL repeated `&family=`, which bunny.net
       ignores for the second family), so mono text has always rendered in the
       system monospace. Declaring it globally would change every ID and
       timestamp in the CRM. Also in ui.css.

   unicode-range. IBM's complete files hold more glyphs than the CDN slices did (arrows,
   symbols). Each face below is limited to exactly the code points the previous
   CDN faces covered (latin + arabic + latin-ext, copied from the CDN stylesheet),
   so a character that used to fall through to a system font (for example the
   arrow U+2190 printed by Dashboard links) still does. This is a CSS-level
   restriction of the same unmodified file, not a font modification.

   font-display: swap. Text is visible at once in the fallback face and swaps
   when the font arrives; `block` would hide text, `optional` could leave a
   first visit in the fallback.
